Congratulations to Lee Mullon, P.E., CFM, D.WRE, PMP, a Principal in Drummond Carpenter’s Orlando office, on his election to the Florida Stormwater Association (FSA) Board of Directors. Lee was selected by his peers across the state to serve a two-year term on Florida’s premier stormwater professional organization.
Lee has 20 years of experience practicing civil, environmental and water resources engineering, specializing in stormwater management and infrastructure, and currently is a technical member for the FSA Educational Foundation’s BMP Life-Cycle Costing project.
He previously served in leadership roles on FSA committees and was chair of the American Society of Civil Engineers’ Environmental Water Resource Institute’s East Central Branch when the branch won the national award for most Outstanding Institute Chapter.
“My experience in these professional society positions has shown me that effective leadership drives positive change for communities,” Lee says. “I’m honored to serve with a group of professionals whose values and mission match my own—to advocate for greater awareness of and lead the nation in the best practices in stormwater management.”
Led by a 22-member board, FSA provides its members training, education, research and advocacy to serve Florida professionals in stormwater management.
